1, if on windows 11, go to core isolation, disable all, restart pc, if you cant disable driver blocklist using this fix, 1, Disable everything in core isolation 2, if you cant turn vuln driver option off leave it enabled 3, restart pc 4, go back to core isolation you will be able to turn it...
