launch steam as admin, inject steam.dll into steam.exe and skeet.dll/csgo.dll into csgo.exe

skeet is crazy confusing but `\csgo\cfg` the (random numbers).cfg files are skeet configs, dont ask why.

++ qhide version just crashed, this runs fine! a little tedious because of the need to inject 2 dlls but it's good.
