id suggest first to patch the rats n stuff on 2016 cs so we can play instead of talking about 2013 when most likely making a server will be a impossible thing to do cuz even on 2016 theres problems with making a server

2015-16 hvh would be the best options imo since 2014 and 2013 dont have many cheats if im not mistaken

n1 it has a screamer in it and downloaded garbage for no reason xD
