A folder in the same place as the installer is at. Try opening CSGO and setting it to a low max framerate to not use a lot of ur system, then open CS2 and try connecting again.

Nope, I have tried it and works. Device issue, or maybe you corrupted the game files Cut or copy the game files (better to cut the cs2 installer with game files) to the drive or directory you want.
