The first thing you need to do is download the GameOverlayRenderer.dll file into your Steam folder (by default, this is C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam). Make sure Steam is open. If you receive a message that the file cannot be copied, restart Steam as an administrator and try copying the file again while Steam is still running.
After that, open Steam's settings by clicking "Settings" in the upper left corner of the Steam window, then navigate to the "In-Game" section and disable the Steam Overlay.
Then, after you have done everything, inject inba.dll and everything should work for you.
