Sorry to disappoint you but no, the loader isn't linked to your account at any point, it's not like the loader has your account ID in its .exe when you download it and if you're really scared to send it then don't, I'm not forcing you at any point I'm just asking nice people to even send it to me in dm if you're that scared!

It is NOT real to do it only with Loader, you need to have an active subscription because Neverlose downloads dll on your PC(I assume), With no subscription it fails.
